Q: What types of services do you offer?
We offer sheet music services for all kinds of instruments, transcriptions, arrangements, simplified adaptations, chord notation and content creation. We also handle a wide range of deliverable files, such as Adobe Pack, MuseScore, Guitar Pro, XML, MIDI, Synthesia, Chord Mark text coding, Sibelius, PDF, JPEG, PNG, WAV, MP3, SVG, Finale, FL Studio, and Reaper. Q: What happens if I need changes after receiving the transcription?
If you need adjustments, our team will be happy to assist. The number of revisions available per song depends on the type of NoteCoins used. You have up to 30 days after delivery to request revisions after delivery.
2. How the NoteCoins are used and consumed from my account?
Q: What are “NoteCoins“, and how do they work?
NoteCoins are our way of measuring the cost of transcriptions. They come in three types—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—each suited to different transcription needs. When purchasing NoteCoins, you can also select the transcription speed which basically allows you to choose the delivery time. Each combination of note type and transcription speed is referred to as a product variation. Only one score can be processed at a time per product variation (choosing the transcription speed wouldn’t make sense otherwise, since you would be able to request several songs simultaneously). You can product variations as needed to work on multiple transcriptions simultaneously.
Each NoteCoin purchased equals one musical note to be transcribed. From there, you can place orders, and once the work is done, the corresponding credits will be deducted.
Q. How the NoteCoins are counted and deducted from my account?
Once we finish a sheet music, the notes from the MIDI export are counted with software, following specific indications that you’ll see below to save you money. Each transcribed note consumes one NoteCoin from your profile according to the service requested (Type of NoteCoin and Transcription speed).
Q. How the chord notation is calculated?
To calculate the cost of chord notation, we simply export the chord notation MIDI from MuseScore and count the total notes. Roughly speaking, it means that each chord consumes a number of notes equivalent to the number of notes in that chord. Chord notation is only counted once per song if it is the same for multiple instruments. Sections of at least four measures that repeat exactly the same are only counted once.
Q. My song repeats the same sections constantly. Will I be charged for every repetition?
Not at all! If a section of at least four bars repeats exactly the same for any instrument, it will only be counted once. Similarly, we will only charge once for the song’s chord notation if it’s identical for all instruments—we can copy and paste it easily!
Q. Do NoteCoins expire?
Yes, NoteCoins are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Q. What happens if I purchase more NoteCoins than I need?
Any unused NoteCoins will remain in your account for 30 days and can be used for future projects. If you have leftover notes, you can request a new transcription, and we will work on it until your notes are exhausted. You won’t waste a single note.
Q. What happens if I don’t purchase enough NoteCoins for a transcription?
We’ll process as much as possible with the available NoteCoins and then contact you promptly. In cases where the shortfall is minimal, we may finish the work and adjust your credits for future purchases.
Q. Can I combine different types of NoteCoins in one project?
Yes, you can use different types of NoteCoins for the same project. For example, Bronze for monophonic instruments and Gold for chord notation if the song has complex harmonies. Just remember that only one score can be processed at a time per combination of note type and transcription speed.

Since this is a service, it’s possible for demand to exceed our production capacity.
This is a normal part of the process, and currently, we have not implemented the option to reserve orders.
If you frequently need transcriptions, we recommend purchasing some credits in advance, as they remain valid for 30 days before expiring. Also, you can contact us and request personalized plans to make sure you’ll always have your sheets.
