What are NoteCoins?
One NoteCoin covers one note to be transcribed. Bronze NoteCoins are used for monophonic instruments, Silver NoteCoins for polyphonic instruments, and Gold NoteCoins for songs with complex harmony.
“500/day speed” means that 500 notes will be transcribed per day. For example, if you request a song with 1000 notes, it will take 2 days to be delivered.
Each time an order is delivered, we count the notes in the MIDI file and deduct the corresponding number of NoteCoins from your balance. You can view your NoteCoins balance and history in your dashboard.

FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from your PayPal account. Since this plan is billed monthly, cancellations stop future renewals.
What file formats do you deliver?
We primarily deliver PDF, MusicXML, MIDI, MuseScore, Guitar Pro, and Dorico files. We also provide other formats, such as Synthesia, PNG, SVG, and audio files, when the project requires them. Feel free to contact us if you have any specific format preferences.
What if a payment fails?
NoteCoins are only credited after successful payments. If a payment fails, credits are not added for that cycle.
Do unused NoteCoins carry over?
Yes. NoteCoins acquired through subscription plans can last up to one year without expiring and can be carried over. However, remember that only one order can be processed at a time per NoteCoin type.
Can I upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus?
Yes, you can cancel this plan and subscribe to Pro or Pro Plus at any time.
