When we receive a request, the most suitable member of our team will begin working on the score. If there are multiple instruments to transcribe, we typically start with the bass line and the song’s harmony, and then the person responsible for each instrument adds their part. Once each instrument is transcribed, it undergoes a Quality Assurance process, where we ensure that no details have been overlooked and that the transcription meets the client’s requirements. After passing Quality Assurance, the score moves to the design phase, where we verify that the measurements of the score match the client’s request, that the readability is correct, the stems are properly placed, and so on. Finally, the design returns to Quality Assurance, where it receives a final check before it’s delivered to the client.
